Micheal Haran is a fine artist who lives and works in West London. He studied at The Slade School of Fine Art,UCL. He works primarily in oils, acrylics, mixed media, pastels, pens, pencils and vintage typewriters. He has travelled extensively during his life and has a passion for archeological sites and lost civilisations. His work is primarily themed around his journeys and travels ,shamanism and other spiritual experiences in the DreamTime, visions ,dreams, literature and music. He is very influenced by Surrealism , Dadaism ,The Beat Generation and the AbEx movement , 1950’s 1960’s and 1980’s culture in Paris, New York and London.
