Kuesti F, born in 1976, is an independent filmmaker, videoartist and author from Germany, specialized in the production of short format stories in text, motion pictures and sound. In his diverse artist career that spans over 25 years F has contributed his passion and experience to more than 250 projects ranging from media art to more traditional fictional storytelling forms, which since have been presented worldwide at festivals, in cinema, on radio as well as innumerable art- and filmexhibitions in galleries and museums, with screenings and honours e.g. at Louvre Museum Paris, Marler Video Art Award, EMAF European Media Art Festival, Poetry Film Festival Wien, FILE Electronic Language International Festival Sao Paulo, Internationales Kurzfilmfestival Hamburg, WRO Media Art Biennale, Athens Digital Arts Festival, Multimedia Museum Moscow, Museum of the Moving Image New York, NASA, Deutschlandradio Kultur and many more.
