Joseph Young is a leading sound artist based in Brighton, UK and Berlin. His work has been shown variously at Tate Britain, Tate Modern, Jerwood Hastings, Estorick Collection, Seoul Museum of Art, Errant Sound Berlin, Guildhall Museum Rochester, Shetland Museum & Archives, and on Wall Street USA and the House of Commons. An edition of his seminal performance work work about artists, gentrification and austerity "The Ballad of Skinny Lattes and Vintage Clothing" (2012) is held in the permanent collection of the Estorick Collection in London.
