Graduated in Sculpture at the University of Porto in the department of Fine Arts, and also holds an MFA at the New York Academy of Art. Attended the Grand Central Atelier for the “bootcamp” program on a frequent basis, and was present at a vast number of workshops as student. At the New York Academy of Art he was awarded “The Complete Sculptor Award” for Excellence in Sculpture. His Sculptures and drawings, explore the relationships of Humans and their idiosyncrasies in the cultural context of a pre-Roman Iberian-Peninsula. He has been exhibiting on a continuous basis in several individual and group shows, in Portugal, Spain and New York. Also a producer of several public sculptures.
