Conditional Variables is Sedition's debut launch for artist The Lost Futures. Inspired by the Buddhist principle of Dependent Origination (pratītyasamutpāda), this work explores the idea that nothing arises independently; every form, every entity, and every system is interwoven, shaped by an intricate web of conditions.

Created through my cyberdelic hyperloop workflow, this piece fuses AI-generated image synthesis with dynamic animation, virtual camera engineering, and bespoke sound design. Each element emerges through iterative refinement—an interplay between machine learning, human intuition, and digital randomness. Just as Dependent Origination suggests that no phenomenon has an intrinsic, fixed essence, the images in this series are not static but continuously shift, dissolve, and reform, revealing the impermanence of structure itself.
